Lan Duong is part of the collective She Who Has No Master(s). She is the author of Treacherous Subjects: Gender, Culture, and Trans-Vietnamese Feminism (Temple University Press, 2012) and coeditor of Troubling Borders: An Anthology of Art and Literature by Southeast Asian Women in the Diaspora (University of Washington Press, 2014). She teaches at the University of Southern California and is a founding member of the Critical Refugee Studies Collective.
