Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor,

Don Paterson’s “Aphorisms” are the literal equivalent to a set of Gary Larson’s “The Far Side” cartoons. While it is true a picture speaks a thousand words, it can also be said that a few well-chosen words can easily conjure up a unique picture, a picture which, when viewed through the many-varied aspects of the human condition, results in a unique version for every reader. I enjoyed exploring this landscape and look forward to more of the same. Bravo!
